Ice cream sandwich: from scratch chocolate chip cookies infused with mearzen from Franconia. Vanilla ice cream from our neighbor Carnival Barker, and more mearzen glaze.

Chocolate cake: Brewed in house cold brew coffee chocolate cake, with cured foie gras cream and candied Texas pecans.
